Holt Bank offers high quality accommodation with a multitude of features reflecting this great example of Victorian 'Gothic' architecture, while providing the latest modern facilities giving you a relaxing base to explore the region.
Rates shown are based on length of your stay and the season, the facilities can be arranged to accommodate 2 adults with up to 2 further guests and 1 baby by prior agreement at a small additional cost, see additional bed costs details below.

Main Bedroom
The main sleeping area contains two traditional bedsteads, one being a three quarter, the other an ample single. The room enjoys great views into woodlands or across to the Pennine hills.

Additional bed/cot
We offer occupancy for 2 adults, however up to 2 additional guests and 1 baby can be accommodated.
(Pop up cot available for your use, own bedding is required).
The seating area in the open plan bedroom can be arranged to accommodate these additional single beds, and if required, a pop up cot added within the family friendly bedroom.
Price: £15 per night for each additional bed, please check with the owner before arrival if these additional bed arrangements are required.
There is no additional charge for the use of the cot only.
