About your hosts

 

Ann and John have lived in the area for most of their lives and have a wide knowledge of this very attractive and stimulating part of Yorkshire.

 

Both professionally qualified, they now run their own businesses in addition to hosting this wonderful building for visitors to relax in and enjoy their stay.

 

John's background is Facilities Management and building operation with particular emphasis on running commercial buildings as efficiently and economically as possible. It's no surprise then, that Holt Bank incorporates the highest possible energy efficient components and equipment. Cool in summer and warm in winter ensuring your comfort what ever time of the year you choose to visit.

Ann moved from a senior management role to pursue her other talents and now creates hand made jewellery, is a Reiki Master and runs numerous Arabic dance classes close by in our Huddersfield town centre studios Move@HD1.
